Kitty and I had a coupon for Golden Village, so we decided to use it this weekend to watch "The Successor." We read great reviews about Golden Village Suntec, particularly mentioning its spacious theater and comfortable seats, so we chose to spend our weekend movie night here.
The service was excellent, and the theater was indeed big and spacious, with really comfortable seats. The seats have armrests that can be lifted up to create a couple's seat, which is a nice touch. We were so comfortable that we didn't feel any discomfort even after sitting for two hours. The sound system was great, too, and the overall movie experience was fantastic.
We also loved "The Successor"! It was funny, and we had a great laugh. We really enjoyed the movie and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and entertaining movie experience.
We're definitely giving Golden Village Suntec a 5-star rating. It's a great cinema with comfortable seating, a great sound system, and excellent service. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great movie experience, especially if you're looking for a good laugh with "The Successor."
The couple in front keep their arm rest up during the show. There was sticky liquid flowing out and into my slippers, it appears to be thicken syrup. Made known to management but there is no follow up. Everyone, think twice before compromising hygiene.
I was facing a “boot failure detected” issue when I turned on my computer. I tried selecting any of the 3 options by clicking my mouse & pressing “enter” on my keyboard but nothing was working. I tried my luck to contact Aftershock technical support team as I understand they do not work on Sundays. However, I managed to speak to Mirza. He assessed the situation and proceed to give me instructions to help rectify the problem. (Note that I do not know any computer skills or computer language) Unfortunately, the issue could not be solve. Hence, he proceeded to schedule the earliest pick up available for me and ensure that everything will be well taken care. I’m appreciative and thankful for the help and assurance he had provided me. And I hope that this issue can be resolved quickly.
I had a great experience purchasing a product from this company at the IT Fair! Elmo was very enthusiastic, patiently answered my questions, and provided detailed explanations. He took the time to understand my needs and recommended a suitable PC.

Just bought the AMD ULTIMATE X3D from Aftershock PC at IT Show 2025, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Ben Khoo! He was incredibly patient in explaining the differences between various models and helped me make a sensible, well-informed decision. My son has a good experience with Aftershock products. Your store sales advisor Matin was very helpful and patient in assisting us to decide on the products. However, we'd like to suggest that your company performs delivery on weekend and also avoid late night delivery (10-11.30pm) during week days as some people needs to wake up early for work the next day.

Looks like Aftershock learned that customer service is the most priority for customers, and it's proven. Many very good reviews online and offline. Went to this aftershock pc store and served by kind staff Martin. He was able to explain and answer any question raised. Good service. Highly recommended!
