This is my personal experience, it does not reflect on the actual experience. The price does not justify the service, atmosphere and food Considering it being very empty on a valentine's dinner, the service was rather lacking, with that price point the service felt like being served in a hawker centre instead of a restaurant. Was also told that they DO NOT PROVIDE ICE WATER like most restaurants do. Staff even delivered the wrong order. Chairs were acceptable but towards the uncomfortable side. Was planning to order the breakfast section ( farmer's breakfast) but was told it wasn't available ( did not state on the menu that it was until 2pm only), the uncle at the bar was nice tho. Atmosphere was off putting considering it's undermaintained exposed floor hazard, there were FLIES IMAGINE HAVING FLIES IN AN INDOOR RESTAURANT IN TOWN AREA, tables were mouldy. Food was good tho pasta portion was rather small considering I have a small appetite, scallops were bland. Peri peri chicken burger was great! Overall unpleasant experience, would not recommend but do come and experience yourself. Total bill was $60 for 2 meals alone

Went on Sunday around 2pm and didn’t have to wait for a table. Food was alright, price is ok for a mall cafe. UTENSILS WERE ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. There were wet food scraps and the utensils had to be changed multiple times. Staff were nonchalant about it too. Will never revisit.

30/8/25 We ordered Iced latte, piccolo latte, rainbow cake and sea salt fries. The food and drink tasted ok.

Came here to celebrate my son’s birthday. The staff were friendly and patient when taking our orders. Service was fast and quick. Highly efficient. Bob our server was super nice and attentive to all the guests dining at this time. Food was great and value for $$$.

Thoroughly enjoyed the food and service by Olivia & Co and Yus, the duty manager today. Food is extremely delicious. Highly recommend the Roasted vegetable pesto and sweet spicy tater tots Keep up the excellent job Yus 👍 Will come back again

Good food that is a twist on Chinese fusion. Our server Raj was extremely pleasant and friendly, making our entire dining experience an enjoyable one. The aesthetics of the place is also well designed, giving you a traditional Chinese medicine hall vibes - great for photos. Will recommend this place for family/friend gatherings or event, also make sure to request for Raj!

We had a lovely time celebrating my dad’s birthday here. Nadine was very friendly and helpful, and gave great food recommendations. She recommended the grilled squid and it was easily my favourite dish of the night. Our old man enjoyed the confit cabbage and iberico pork. Bartender Vanu was also a solid dude and gave us some shots to celebrate. The cocktails that we ordered were also amazing. We got the Whiteout, Pulse and Unusual Remedy. Unusual Remedy was our favourite! All the dishes were hits! Ambience was great even though we wished the interior was more oriental too since the theme outside was TCM! Overall great place for a celebration. They have very fancy, over-the-top dragon cocktails 🤪 TLDR: Must get for food: carbonara suanpanzi, grilled squid, iberico pork(marinated in guinness? What’s not to love!) Drinks: Unusual Remedy if you love coffee!

We want to extend a sincere and heartfelt thank you to Nicholas, the restaurant manager, and his entire team for their exceptional hospitality during our family's first visit. We encountered a slight challenge when ordering as my husband has a seafood allergy, but Nicholas immediately stepped in to assist. His knowledge and recommendations were invaluable in helping us select dishes that my husband could safely and thoroughly enjoy. To further enhance our experience, we mentioned that the dinner was an early celebration for my dad's birthday, and the team went above and beyond to create a special moment for him, making the evening truly memorable. We are incredibly grateful for the attentive service and personal touch that made our dining experience so positive.

We enjoyed the experience with interesting tasty food together with good service by Raj and Lister ( nicknamed Curly Hair). Lister professionally provided lighting when he helped to take a group photo. You will be provided with a scroll with happy birthday written in Chinese for your photoshoot if you are celebrating your birthday. Synthesis honours your celebration with a souvenir photo as well. The Spring Blossom Bundle set at $82++ was value for money with 3 different starters, 2 side plates, 2 mains and 1 dessert, a total of 8 dishes. Every item of the starter : Crab Meat Tartar Pani Puri, Braised Pulled Duck Tartlet left a good impression. Truffle Mushroom Bao filling was tasty but felt the bao pastry was not fluffy, was a little hard. Sautéed Jumbo Asparagus was refreshingly creative served with a Tamarind glaze. Herb infused Crispy Prawn Ball was delicious with the taste of kaffir leave. The 2 mains of Oolong Tea Smoked Chicken and Seafood Herbal Poached Rice were generous in portion. With 5 pax we could not finish the 2 mains. Seasoning for the chicken was light and meat was tender. Kudos to the chef for having a light hand with the salt. Unlike most eateries any broth dish would be very savoury. We did not feel thirsty after eating the Poached Rice which had a light herbal taste. Dessert was Herbal Gui Ling Gao with Birdnest Floral Honey which was not sweet, served cold was refreshing. It was not as smooth as traditional gui ling gao as the pudding came in chopped pieces. I would return and recommend.

I visited this restaurant once for dinner and found it genuinely intriguing — definitely a place I’d like to return to. It’s tucked away far from a typical restaurant neighborhood though. Food – Well-balanced and delicious, with a hint of creativity. The dishes were interesting without being overpowering — a thoughtful touch. Portions were generous and satisfying. Drinks – Cocktails were a highlight, featuring subtle oriental hints that complemented the menu beautifully. Service – Friendly and professional, with staff offering well-considered recommendations that suited our preferences. Ambience – The restaurant is beautifully designed, but the seating layout wasn’t ideal. The vibe felt more like dining in a club, which didn’t quite align with the elegance and refinement of the food. The overall atmosphere and cuisine quality felt slightly mismatched.
