I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO JOLLIBEE ANYMORE!! I ate with my friend at Jollibee and order chickenjoy meal. And I thought that there will be rice as per picture which we normally will not see in every menu. And when the order arrived, there is no rice so we went back to counter and asked for rice. The staff said we have to pay extra or can exchange with one side which I paid extra already when I ordered. And when I asked about the picture to the staff, she said ‘It is only for illustration.’ So I asked again why they never mentioned in the kiosk that it is for only illustration and why they only put rice in some menu? Then she said ‘How can we know about this? You go and ask the marketing team’. I understand that they are just serving the food and nothing to do with menu but how rude is it to tell the customer to go ask ourselves? And that one piece of chicken is so small and with big bones! How can you call it a meal that a person can’t eat fully to his stomach? Maybe the name should be changed to finger bites.

Horrendous service from the male manager. No basic form of customer service. Have raise a question on simply asking whether they have given me 2 drums of a regular set, he has mentioned it is breast meat. Ask him how can the breast meat be the same size as a drum or even seem smaller? The manager replied with “our chicken supply is like this.” with no follow up. I feel utterly cheated and this is the WORST Jollibee outlet I ever visited. Definitely avoid this outlet and would never want to visit ever again. Utterly horrendous and poor service.

The queue for the order machine is super long. But the actual order counter is empty. Walked up there and ordered instead… anyways, the spicy fried chicken is super good. I get why people like it now especially with gravy. However… I don’t think I can get onboard with the spaghetti.

Been awhile since i came to Jollibee, and we shared a meal since we were both still feeling full from lunch. 💵 the 3 piece chicken meal with 2 sides came up to around $12, which is bonkers - might have been years since i visited but it must have not been more than $10 last time.. 🍗 the chicken was decent though, comes off the bone easily and it didn’t felt overly fried, though it wasn’t at all spicy 🍟 the fries weren’t great too, rather bland and not how i liked it to be, just plain potato in slices this is I don’t see the appeal of this anymore, perhaps due to the fact that i’m avoiding fried food - but the price is still way too high for the quantity.

Ordered 2 spicy chicken from deliveroo. Received 1 spicy and 1 original. The original chicken looks like leftover from someone's else meal. It's all left with bone and skin only. Ridiculous. Look at the bottom of the photo, does it look like the meat has been teared off?

Tasty chicken and nice décor. Helpful staff. The mashed potatoes a bit dry, not as nice as KFC's. Convenient ordering system at kiosk.

Chickens was just perfect. The prices were reasonable for a 2-piece meal, especially in today's market. Staff was accomodative. I can't wait to come back for my next meal. Cheers!

All was fine except this one staff member, very rude, dismissive and keys in the order accordingly to his own feeling (keyed in spicy, coke which were all wrong) because he just doesnt want to speak to the customer and just hopes that the customer wouldnt ask for a change when he gives the wrong order. People after me waiting to order at the counter were just blatantly ignored because he was not in the mood to take their order, honestly the worst. Everyone else was great, please get him removed from any customer facing roles

Tried the signature taro and truffle mushroom flavour. Taro flavour is definitely good and something unique, with a strong taro taste and naturally sweet. Truffle mushrooms flavour, skip this, it taste more like a truffle mashed potato rather than mushroom. Literally no mushroom taste, and the texture feels like potato. The wheel outer skin is nice and soft with crispy edges. It is made fresh on the spot upon order, so it definitely tastes good and hot, slightly long waiting time.

Went to see the Lego dragon display at atrium of Tower 1 and 2, saw this booth. Staff said it is a chain from Taiwan. Freshly made. Not cheap though. Good to eat while it is still warm. Just too bad there is no place to sit down.
