The shoes is Very comfortable and the staff very friendly..

I had never even heard of Barani until (3 April 2025) when my friend, who was with me, suggested we take a look—and I’m so glad we did! 🙌 I fell in love with the first pair I tried on—it was beautiful and SOOOOOO COMFORTABLE 😍. The comfort alone made me not want to leave the store without getting a pair! Unfortunately, it was a size too big. The staff tried to make it work with extra insoles and adjustments, but when she saw I was still uncomfortable, she actually advised me against buying it—and that really stood out to me. Though she came across a little “heck care” at first 😅, she was actually very knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. No pushy sales tactics, just honest advice. In the end, I found a new arrival pair that I absolutely loved and walked out with happy feet. 🥰 I even went home scrolling through their collection online and promised myself to get another pair of sandals from them one day 👡💖. If it weren’t for the bad service at Sunday Staples, I wouldn’t have discovered this gem of a store. Everything happens for a reason! 👣✨

Has been a customer since HillV2 outlet opening. The staff professionalism and gentle concerns from Armanda (manager @ HillV2)) & Serene (consultant @ Suntec) is much appreciated. Received recent birthday's gift, very happy on BeauteHub's thoughtfulness during the Covid period. Suntec staff called to explain the use of products is highly appreciated, it shows they value the customers . Beaute Hub - Keep up the good work!

Has been with Beauty Hub for 15 years. The services provided by Eve and Summer is great. They normally recommend treatments which are suitable and helps on the skin issues.

I loved my session today with Wai Wai, her attention to details is commendable, loved also that meanwhile I had my mask on she used the time to do a shoulder massage!

Manicurist, Amy was very professional while doing the service! Staff were very friendly & offered me a bottled drink while waiting as well. Price was a little expensive but as long the service is great should be no issue for me :) Thank you for the awesome service (Thumbs up)

I have been with Beautehub for 11 solid years since February 2010 ftom Cuppage Plaza to Suntec Centre and can be considered as a pioneer. From there I had signed up numerous packages due to new skin products and professional therapist, Summer who shows enthusiasm and drive. Summer is a humble, friendly, very good attutude and professional therapist who knows the products and is able to articulate well. She will analyse the skin thoroughly before recommending best time of treatments and perform with treatments with passions. Person with passion in their work will definitely delights the customers. Apart from Summer, one other person who truly deserves the compliment is Manager. Lee Fang. Her eloquent spoken language and well versed in the products is commendable. She has the charisma, good attitude, calm and steady in introducing and recommending suitable treatments package for customer. Overall, I have a very good impressions of Beautehub who treated not only their staff like a family but also their customers. They have the Humanisation touch. Well done Beautehub. Cheers. Johnny

Went down ytd after a telecall for a free oxygen facial. Served by a beautician named Summer. She is very experienced and provided a very thorough massage. There was a sales pitch but as I already had some similar items in home I did not buy it. No hard selling though. She is also very friendly and professional though I did not buy anything. Overall the experience was quite positive. I also received a very high quality gift at the end. The only issue I have is the location. It is in Tower 5 but few people seems to know it and I have a few detours to find it.

This has been my facial place for a few years. I was “facial hopping” before I settled on this place. My beautician, Cody, is true a professional! Highly recommended. She sincerely cares about my skin, has superb techniques and takes real good care of me every time I’m there. I always feel at ease w her, a beautician who makes you feel comfy with the right amount of chit-chat. Most importantly, I know my face/skin is in good hands! Look for Cody when you’re there! High demand for her so book her asap! 😊
