I always enjoy my facial appointments at Beaute Hub Suntec City. They have a suite of services for all skin types and will recommend services accordingly to your skin conditions. I appreciate they will try to give the best deals and yet are not pushy. Serene is my facial therapist and she has very good skill set. She assess and recommends the best for my skin condition and occasions. I'm always in Serene's good hands.

Very hard-selling. I have experienced the duo-hydrogen treatment in other places before so I know what it’s like. The treatment supposed to have 3 steps but for you to get the 3rd step which is applying solution, in this beaute hub you are charged additionally.

The beauty therapists and the managers will keep pestering you to buy package after package after package, without stopping, unless you don't go anymore. You have to be very cash-rich in order to afford patronising them.

The store manager was rude and not customer friendly, I do understand the shop closing time was 9pm, if she had spared another 10-15 mins, I would have made a purchase but instead she kept asking the store associate to ask me if I am going to purchase or not and to tell me that they need to close the shop and i was told 2-3 times. Pathetic service. Please visit other outlets but avoid this outlet at Suntec City.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Had a problem and called the site and I quote what the guy said: “I don’t care how much you pay, we have customers paying tens of thousands”. I hope the manager does something about this

The young lady and a mature guy provide no service at all ! inside the dhop for 5 mins but dont bother to serve .great contrast compared to another luggage brand that starts with V !
