Visited the store today to check out some woman backpack options and received wonderful service by a female staff. She advised me on the suitable design, offer deals and even introduced me to their outlets to check out more options. Much appreciated. This store has an interesting vintage suitcase collection on display, worth taking a look to admire the design!

I recently purchased a bag, only to discover that the material was peeling at home. When I returned to the store 2 days after purchase, I was shocked to find that no form of refund or even store credit was allowed. The staff appeared unfamiliar with the refund process, asking us to go to the customer service center instead, which added to the frustration. In the end, I had to choose another bag—at a much higher price—and had to top up just to complete the exchange. This experience was very unexpected, especially from a brand of this standing. While I understand that the warranty may only cover zips, peeling material clearly falls under manufacturing defects. It's disappointing that such a basic issue isn't acknowledged or handled properly. This kind of defect should be the responsibility of the business, not the customer.

A one-stop shop for a wide range of chocolate and confectionery brands. Feels like a chocolate lover's haven. You will be spoiled for choice.

There are quite a few selections of chocolates in this shop like M&Ms, Ritter, Bounty, etc. Currently it has some ongoing promotions. If you don't mind the products with shorter expiry dates, then it is a good choice. It is also value for money. Visitors could also customize a gift box consists of 8-piece or 12-piece. Can choose the alphabets or combine it with some sleeves with phrases and emojis.

picked up their Squid Game snack bundle out of curiosity — the dalgona candy and popcorn were interesting and tasty enough. The store layout is straightforward, and it’s easy to find what you want. Not a place I visit regularly, but nice to check out for themed items like this.
