I needed a new suitcase while I was visiting Singapore from New Zealand. The staff was very polite and friendly. I purchased hardshell suitcase IBON. Happy with the purchase and the customer service. Thank you!

Sales assistant was more interested in checking her (what seems to be a) sales/ accounts book as opposed to attending to customers. After I approached her to ask for the price of a suitcase, she glanced me and my outfit before replying, "that is over a thousand dollars". I proceeded to state my budget and what kind of suitcase I was looking for, sales assistant continued to balance her accounts and casually pointed to a suitcase. When I asked whether there were other colours besides those on display as the colours seem tacky, she retorted that many of her customers come to buy this. Through out this conversation, her hands never once left the book alone. Neither was her full attention on me. If it was such a pressing task to get the admin work done, in future, please lock doors to prevent customers from interrupting you.

Samsonsite store at 3 Temasek Boulevard, #01-476/482 Suntec City does not exist. Samsonite does not seem to maintain their website properly. Brought an old Samsonite bag (that weighs almost 6kg) for recycling but could not find the store that was stated on their website.

I had a problem with my tax refund because they typed wrongly my passport information and when I called the store to fix it the guy who took care of me was saying that one costumer doesn’t matter because they win thousands of dollars every year. Worst customer service in my life. Hope SAMSONITE takes responsibility about this employee, who’s name when I asked said as a joke Bruce Lee, making fun of a me again.

I would like to highly complement Ms Kal for her professional skills not only in advising us about the security features of the luggage. She explained very patiently and at the same demo how to remove the battery from the 25-inch luggage we bought. We had bought another luggage yesterday.this is the 2nd luggage we bought. She is also very good at matching for the luggage tag. Best of all her beautiful and warm smiles greet us when we steep into samsonite shop at suntec City Mall. We are somsonite brand loyal customer. Its many years we continued to be Samsonite brand customer because of the qualify of the product. Kal keep it up and continue to bring warm to any customers that steep into the shop where you work. Just bought a large luggage from here and find their sales ladies very good in their services. Lay Choo and Karl are truly excellent examples of sales professionals. Samsonite itself need not much selling but these ladies provide me with good information to what I need and even made a personal luggage tag for me. I’m happy to be a member of samsonite

Me like to compliment Kal from Suntec flagship store. Her customer service and friendliness is superb and me am looking forward to being serve by her again. All other staffs are also very friendly and helpful. Thanks to all the staff of Samsonite.

The staff who served us there that day was friendly and professional. We were unsure of what luggage to choose. Sales lady actually brought down all 3 designs in all 3 different sizes for us to choose from. Also gave honest recommendations on what looked nice rather than just telling us what we want to hear. Because we did not know that the luggage could have our initials on it, she also took the trouble to show us the two different types of fonts available. Overall a very happy day.

I saw 2 staffs today, the lady was rude and not customer friendly. She was kind of aggressive. Please don’t look down your customer. If they can’t afford it they won’t come your shop.

Visited the Suntec branch on 3 Nov. While I read some good reviews which were recent, it was a disappointing one for us. It was a last minute purchase, so we went straight to Suntec after dropping kids for school activities (thus, wasn't dressed for shopping purpose). Went into the shop and the 3 staff on duty were still chatting quite audibly, even after we roamed thru almost half the shop, trying to find what we needed. Thru personal lens, it was ok for us, but thru professional lens, ......as an internationally well-known brand, I've my opinions. Getting worse, when I asked about the 'freeform' collection, the staff did not know and said this might likely be an old model and the branch carried all new ranges, and if we desired an older range, the outlet branch would be more suitable for us... Well, trying to be objective....message content did make sense (though wondering whether freeform is an old model?) but more critically, attitude was not desirable. Ok, still accepted. We then explained that it was for kids and we didn't want anything too high range (actually, even for ourselves as we are not the type for high range). She pointed to the front area and said those were on discount and more suitable for us. Felt not comfortable with her attitude, but we still walked towards the front area, and she then pointed to one specific and said that it was the cheapest, only $199... Well, ok again with her, but said that the design was not something we like. We then tried to ask about something that seemed to look nice.. she replied that it was the newest range and highlighted it cost $800+ even for the medium size... More details but believed it was enough to justify my rating..... I've been using Samsonite, luggages and backpacks... And have never had such services. To settle our purchase, I quickly googled other brands, read up some reviews and eventually, we bought brand D-----. Yet to know if it was as good as Samsonite, but definitely not getting a service near what this branch provided. . . .
